Respected sir,

Sub: Irresponsible & Late Delivery of GAS Cylinder and bad response from SHREE KISH GAS agency - VATAKARA - KOZHIKODE DIST. KERALA

I had booked through sms for a cylinder on 09.04.2010 (Reference No. 935608). Its more than 45 days and have not yet received the cylinder. After 30 days I continously trying to contact the agency through phone... but most of the time phone is engaged and if gets.. they replies that next week will deliver the cylinder.. but no chance.. later calling they responds with ready made messages like 'the salesman contacted you but no people at home / no one took phone / the salesman contacted you but people at home said that the cylinder is not empty' etc etc..

this time on enquiring thru phone at SHREE KISH GAS agency i got the response that the salesman contacted you on 26 April and no one at home (absolutely they are lying).

But I am sure they not contacted or telephoned.. just giving false messages. these are the regular activities of them. Last time I asked them to say at what date they would deliver the cylinder.. but they said 'that would not tell. only could say next week".

SHREE KISH GAS agency, Vatakara (nearest service provider at Vatakara, land line:0496-3290300 is very very bad in service..

Most of the customers under this agency have the same problems.

I expecting that you would solve this problem to deliver the cylinder (at least within 25-30 days from booking) as soon as possible and I kindly request you to inquiry properly about this problem.
