I had applied for extra cylender dt 31. 01. 09, Everytime i had beeen told by the agency that company is not giving, but some unwanted sources i had been told that i have to pay some extra money, then i'll get very soon, is it necessery for me to pay extra, howmuch time should they take to issue, is anyone to whome i should contact for immediate action, so that i can free from my problems.
