Cylider not supplying

Dear Sir,

I booked the gas on 18/01, till on date (28/01) they haven't deliverd the cylinder. Now we are having food outside, because we don't have gas in our house now. Whenever I called, they are saying that, they don't have stock and not answering properly.

Kindly help me to resolve these kind of problem
