Cylinder leaking

I have booked a cylinder and got it on 20th.it was spare cylinder so i kept it in a room. That night itself gas smell was coming in the room. I complaint next day itself saying seal is not opened but still gas leaking smell is coming.one guy named kasi raj came and opened the seal and checked said that there is some problem with cylinder nozil. He said he will inform and replace the cylinder but after 10 days also they did not come. When we call they get all details and say it will come but when? still for 10 days it is leaking and i have a small kid in the house if some thing happens who will take responsiblity.

No one is responding properly.and not giving manager number also.all this is happening in chennai chitra agencies no proper response no support kindly do the needfull
