Transfer of Cylinder Agency

Respected Sir,

I have a Bharat Gas Connection in M/s Raksha Gas Agency, No.3/2, Bhavani Road, Near Mutyalamma Temple, Hebbagodi, Bangalore 99 vide Consu No. 18318

I have shited to house No.30, 1st Main, 2nd Cross, Muneshwaranagar, Pattegarpalya, Bangalore 79 on June

from June i am requesting the agency to transfer service to nearby agency, but every month they are telling that transfer application form is not available at agency and they will not receive any phone call what they are given in Bill i.e., 080- 27833959, 080-27835733.

Every month i am not able to go there at the agency and bring the refilled cylinder, please tell me in this regard

1. what is the actual procedure to change the agency?

2. Is it to true that agency has not having transfer forms?

3. to whom I have to contact to get for futher details in this regard?
