Delivery not on time

Hi,

We have bharath gas subscription in bnagalore. Agency name is "Rohan Gas Distribution", our consumer id is 36152. After booking your next refill it takes 12 days to deliver it, but we face immense issue with Rohan Gas and they do not deliver it on time. They exceed by 3 or 4 days. This is causing lot problem to manage and also it impacts your next booking date, as they would not accept any booking before 20 days of delivery date. So you can understand what kind of problem we are facing. They have given us few contact numbers, which they do not pick calls. It is more like a hotline then a consumer line to call (080-2360404/05/06/07)

Request you look into this issue and also a complaint was raised in Bharath gas and have seen no changes even after that.
