Dear sir, My father 85 years old so we have booked 2 cylinders through your dealer M/s. Thillai Gas at Kumbakonam, consumer No.4305 our residenace at Mathoor agragharam, Natchiarkoil via, Kumbakonam tk. last year we have suffered lot many time not received a cylinder at correct time so we have buying additional cylinder at the time buying additional cylinder is booking 15 days from main cylinder so we have followed that way. Main cylinder was received on 4/9/09 this cylinder almost come empty we have try to book the additional past 10 days they have not accepted the booking only his accepted on 6th. before this empty how to used what is the purpose of additional cylinder. Everytime this dealer to delay for delivery. Our parents and sister also aged person and also blinds so they not to go there in every time and not provision to arrange the other source. Kindly inform to accept the booking 15-20 days from the receipt of the cylinder and deliver the cylinder immediately. I expect your favourable reply asap.
