Expiry date of the cylinder and poor emergency service

I have a bharath gas connection from ganapathi raja service centre. of course service is ok

i had read a mail few weeks back which enlightened me regarding identification of expiry of the cylinder.

i tried to contact service provider where nobody picked up the phone

next i tried contacting so called emergency service no 080-26941462 whom i could contact only after 36 hrs of dialing. then they gave me head office number which never responded to my call 080- 22975459. then now i am trying to contact my service provider and the emergency number in vain again
