Not delivering gas in time

My consumer number is 61628

Supplier: Bharath Gas.

Gas agency: Anugraha Gas Agency, Basaweshawara Nagar

I booked the gas on 27/08, till on date (17/09) they haven't deliverd the cylinder. Now we are having food outside, because we don't have gas in our house now. Whenever I called, they are saying that, they don't have stock and not answering properly although i have booked the gas 20 days back. I am not understanding this, why stock is not there to deliver the cylinder. I feel they are giving the gas cylinders in block & make more profit. Does it required more than 20 days to deliver the gas after booking. Kindly help me to resolve these kind of problem.
