Irregular supply of gas cylinde

Sir we are the customor of sadguru sai gas agencies hanamakonda warangal (dis) A.P

bearing our cunsumer no.33313 we booked gas on september 27th still this date we didn't received our booked gas cylinder till today on this ocassion i went to consumer office of gas on 16th october they told me that they have already delivered gas cylinder to house no. but they did not didn't delivered actually till today but they are miss guiding that they delivered at 16th but we didn't received yet... so we are facing lot of problems with this dealers so please kindly change our consumer no. to other dealer.
