Non delivery of refill cylinde

I have booked a refill cylinder on 13th August. Till now, i.e., 27th September M/S. Balaji Agencies, Vellore who is one of the distributor for the supply of Bharath Gas did not supply the refill cylinder. Just I would like to know from the company that how many weeks or months they require to supply the refill cylinders. If they provide the correct information, I can look for an alternative to cook our food at home to maintain our health. I am posting this complaint on the hope that the company responds quickly atleast giving this information.
