Out going restricted without reason

One Of The Employer Of Airtel (Name Mr. Sanjay, Phone No.9866699879), who has working in Vizag Branch has offered me new post paid service. And i have taken two connections (9177178889 & 9177278889) against the offer and cancelled the old connection. i have paid the Money and also submitted the neccessary documents.but after three days, outgoing for one connection (9177278889) is Stopped and saying that verification report is negitive.i cant under stand if both the connections are on same address and same no. how the report comes negitive for one connection only.

since last three days iam regulary follow up with them. but no result.since last three days i lost so many business transections.i want claim Rs.3lacs for my losses and mental tentions happened by them.
