Life time validity rs 111 and rs 100 talktime

My mobile no is 71410736 at delhi. i got sms on 10 apr 09 for lifetime validity and rs 100 talktime for recharge of rs 111 from message centre 09810051829at 1525 h till 15 apr. i recharged at 756 pm . the recharge from message centre 09810051905 has not given lifetime validity. this needs to be sorted out and life validity given to me.
