Hi My name is Sagar Pawar a resident of Belgaum, Karnataka. I have an Airtel pre-paid connection and my cell no is 9901518385 . Of lately I am having serious issues with the service provided by Airtel I had activated the World Cup Cricket score pack which was being sent via number 33331 previously it was a monthly supscription and I was being charged on a monthly basis but now I am being charged for ever message i get from that service I tried calling customer care but I was not able to speak to any of the representatives even after being on hold for more than 30mins. I also get voice messages when I make a call that my balance is low even when I have balance of more that 25 Rs. That is pretty annoying as I have a one year subscription. Can any tell me how can I cancel the 33331 service?
