Connectivity issues for Airtel mobile & the no attention atttude by their customer service on 121

Fr the past 06 months we residents of Gangadham Pune have been facing connectivity issues with Bharati Airtel & have been complaintning about the same on their customer service numbers but they seem to be taking the issue very casually. I wonder if we will be attended some day we have written more than enough mails on this issue to their nodal officer mumbai email id but that has not made any difference.
