Wronful deduduction of balance

Dear sir,

Despite my several complaints, Airtel is continously deducting wrongfully the balance making false pretensions. Again, My balance was yesterday (on14/03/08) 319.18 but it is now (on15th march08) 271.18 without using any service. It is noteworthy that Hello Tune and Yahoo Zone is not active with my mobile net service, as told by airtel after duly verification. Please inquire into the matter at earliest and add the wrongly deducted amount to my balance soon. It is really a total mischief done by the sources and is a subject to book these matter in Consumer Forum. It is to kindly inform you that I am publishing this news in.
