Sometime no network at my native place

I am baring mobile no.9987334653 at mumbai & ratnagiri at maharashtra state but when i used at ratnagiri there are many problems occured that are the following:

1.Sometimes there is no network shown on my mobile but when i use this sim card in motorola handset their is full coverage but when it is in Nokia handset their is no network shown.

2.when i dial any number i cannot contact at first time there is minimum 10-15 times try after i will conntact with this numbe
