Not ready to send bills & making harrassmeent insopite of ready to settle issue of minor amount of 3500Bill

The Employees are making harrasment to us on mobile inspite that we have agreed to settle the payment of Rs. 3500/ only subject to following documents. We always like to honour legitimate payment. But inspite of disconnection instructions, they are ccharging Rents even after instructions are issued well in time. They are not ready to send the bill copy & date of instruction for disconnection & also the statement of Security deposit kept with them. This the mails sent to them

I have already explained in what way it is required. Scan copy of letter on the letterhead of the Airtel & duly signed & the name of the signetory & the Designation. All this is mandetory.

2] This must supported by the copy of the bill for the use. Scan copy of bill.

3] statement of amount of Credit with you.

4] Date of intimation which you received from Mr. Kaustubh Vaidya for Disconnection of Mobile Connection.

You will take care to send all these documents to enable me to Finalise settlement with you with payment.
