Fraud in Bill Payment

Dear Sir,

I am Vishnu Malpani from Malegaon city (Dist Nasik) and using airtel post-paid card since 3-4 years. On 31st Jan i had made payment in authorised Airtel Collection Office, namely Delux Agencies, Shop No. 19- 20, Panjra Pol shopping Center, Malegaon - 423203. The person there gave me reciept of payment made on a plain paper with the Stamp on it and his signature. But, till date 14 Feb the payment hasnt been reflected in Airtel system. Now, the collection office is close since 10-15 days and i am getting the customer care calls daily related to this. What should i do?
