Refund of excess payment

I have received the bill for the month july 09 which was less than Rs.500 - While making online payment to this company by mistake excess amount is credited to the company account. An amount of Rupees 24026.96 - has been wrongly credited to the above said company account.

I have talked to your customer care on 25 July and informed about this excess payment and requested to refund the same.

My Servise request number is 27913158.

Till today I have not received any refund.

Hence I have no option to go thru consumer forum .please look into the matter and guide me.
