Fraudulant in making payment

I am Mrs. Savita Gaikwad from TRISHA Soft Toys. Got order from Bharatiya Plastic Products (Andheri), Mr. Ashok Kunjir given order of 2000 teddy bear (5") at the rate of Rs.20/- per piece. Initially he paid 50% amount i.e. Rs.20, 000/-

After taking delivery of teddy bear he is not ready to pay balance amount. Before giving order he making air-castle about his company but in reality there is nothing what he says. His boss is also like the same, he knows everything but he pretends like 'he don't know anything'. Whenever we ask for the payment he gives us excuse like boss is in china, our account people is not there, i m out of office and many more
