Poor delivery

I m the customer of bharat lpg. the delivery man is n't deliver cylinder at home properly & he is standing at his specify corner. i said to him alot that, deliver the cylinder at my home, but he was n't deliver properly. And he told to me that, he is not find my address. Address is old one & i told to him plz also write my new address in your computer system. but he is not listen me carefully.so, i m requested to u pls solve this problem as soon as possible.
