Non delivery of LPG cylinder after repeated reminders

Dear Madam/Sir,

Our CUNSUMER NUMBER 2206, To bring it to your kind notice that we had booked our LPG cylinder n were supposed to recv the delivery in 8 days time that is on the 8th september our wating list number being 22197, i had to take almost 20 days leave because of your bad service.yet till today we havent rcvd our cylinder, inspite of giving your staff repeated reminders. And today when we told them that we would complaint about their service they very rudely asked us to do the needful, is this the type of service youll provide your customers, isint it a harrasment. Plz look in to the matter atleast now to prove your selves that ull are the best.a request plz see that ull send the delivery after 4 in the evening on week days, cannot take leaves anymore.
