Delay in delivery

Dear Sir

I am a Bharat Gas consumer, & my consumer ID is B19216 in Visakhapatnam.

I booked my gas on 28 Jan but still now it has not delivered. When I am asking for the delay, agency is using very rough language and daily he is telling that it will be delivered next day but still now it is not delivered.
