The BPCL manager at PUSHPANJALI, Vasant kunj, ND-70 is never available, Upon asking many times, no complaint register was provided, staff members dont know the basic courteous skills, Dedicated wind shield cleaners can never be located, everyone tries to pass on the work to one another, Is this what we are paying for???
