Irregular and /or non-supply / Pilferageof Domestic Cooking Gas

With reference to the above subject, this is to bring to your kind notice that I have booked cooking gas on 10/12 (Booking number – 2458) and was promised to get the gas within 10 days. I called them on 26/12 and was surprised to know that it has been delivered on 16/12 according to their records; when they came to know that I have not got the gas till now, then they said it will be delivered positively on 26th or 27th. This clearly establishes there is pilferage of Gas at your distributor’s end. But now it is 21days and I have still not received any gas. These sorts of incidents have happened many times before.

I therefore, request you to take strong action in this regard to stop future pilferage and maintain regularity of delivery.
