I had got my car fuel refilled from Masih Automobile (Dealer Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.) Road No. 75B, Vikas Marg Etxn., Anand Vihar, Delhi -92 vide receipt No. 691463 dtd. 14.11.09. The meter all of suddent went up from Rs. 1140 to Rs. 1540/-. When i objected to this they said u r wrong.
