Delayed delivery of domestic gas bottle

Our gas distributor code no 371736 Name excel Gas Service Vashi Navimumbai, we are not getting proper service of the delivery of the consumer gas. everytime we ring up or personally we go over there, we get rude answers and delivery of the gas cylinder is made after 20-25 days. Already we had made a written compaint against a lady attender towards the dealer, the acknowledgement copy is with us, but the same thing is continued again and again. Do the needful at earliest.
