Not supplying gas cylinder in time

I am a LPG gas consumer of your distributor "SATHIYAS BHARATGAS AGENCY" at No.7 circuit house road, TVS tollgate, Trichy-20 (Trichy DT.), TAMILNADU-620020.The distributor code is 641858 and My consumer number is 29936. I have booked for a cylinder on 15th September to replace my empty cylinder. The booking No. is 3290.Even after 20 days, cylinder has not been supplied to me after remainding them in numerable phone calls. Their inordinate delay in supplying cooking gas makes your company to a bad name among the public. Please send necessary instructions to your above dealer immediately to supply the cooking gas cylinder to all consumers in time. If not, change the distributorship to the effective new agency those who are dealing with cooking gas. Please treat this as most urgent and take effective steps immediately. Thanking you.
