Not attending the phone call for gas booking

It is quite surprising that undersigned is not able to contact over phone to the subject dealer inspite of using two phones simultaneously. Most of the times their phones are busy, but when luckily ring is on, they do not pick up the phone, thus after 2-3 minutes wait, the phone line cuts automatically.

It has been observed time & again that this dealer is highly indulged in black-marketing of filled cylinders all around the city and put his whole energy in harassing the genuine consumer, thus avoid to attend phone calls for booking. Earlier also I have registered similar complaints with your various forums, though the service of this dealer are not improving.

I hope your good office will take stern action against this dealer.
