Staff cheating with fuel

This complain is regarding BPCL prtrol pump near telephone exchange station road indore (m.p)

at the time of the filling the petrol one of the staff woker distrub the customer with some talk mean while other clear the meter with final reading. in my case he switched the meter from 60 to 100 rs.
