Not getting gas since 21.11.08

Dear sir

I am having gas connection at BP (Dunlop branch-baranagar- west Bengal) and last Self received the gas cylinder on 20.11.08 and now I am cooking by kerocine stove.when asked our dealer he has told that I have already received on january but when self charged him regarding entry in my book ther is no answere. Same thing was happen in several times but dealer do not bothered for that.please note that

I have double cyllinder connection. Please take the neccessary action so that no body can sell my gas

in my name and I will avoid above problem.
