I want two cylender on my card

Dear sir.

My self Arvind Bhaskar Bondre working as Junior enginner in MSEDCL in BEED Dist.in Maharashtra

State.

I got BPCL gas Card in last week after aplying it before six month.

I got one cylender where I need Two cylender on my card.

Already I paid Rs. 5000/- for this connection.

So please guide me how to get another cylender along with exist one.
