Mis behaviour by the petrol pump owne

Sir i am a regular customer of bharat petro. ltd . there is one outlet of your company with the name "rajan filling station"at teh sunder bani in distt . rajouri in j&k . the owner of that petrol pump behaves very rudely with the customers which forces me to go to others petrol pump for filling petrol. but the quality of oil at other petrol pump is very poor so i again forced to shift your petrol pump despite of the rude nature of the owner of your petrol pump . but last nite when i went to your petrol pump outlet he refused to give me oil. he said just go to other petrol pump. he abused me and said why u came here i wont give u petrol get lost 4rm here. sir, just tell me is this the way to talk to your customer?
