Internet settings

I ve a bsnl postpaid connection with GPRS activation. i had changed my cellphone with new NOKIA 3600 SLIDE.

but now i am not getting connect my internet on cellphone. i had got some settings fron bsnl, but problem is same. it shows " subscribe to packet data first".

help me n tell me wat sud i do? plzz
