Not received acknowledgement card

I sent a Money order to Thane-400 607 on 10-3-08. The MO No. is A 3387 from Kilpauk Post office, Chennai. But it was not delivered for a long time more than 15 days. I didnt receive the acknowledgement yet. Then I gave a complaint letter to Kilpauk post office. No reply till date. So now I havent received the acknowledgement as well as the reply for my complaint till date and it is now 1 month and 7days. I am very disappointed with this type of service.

Also for our car re-registration, the RTO - Ayanavaram, Chennai had sent a registered letter to KRPuram RTO, Bangalore. The reference no. is RLAD A 3463 on 14-03-08. The RTO person said that he hasnt received the acknowledgement card or a reply from the RTO in Bangalore. So he has sent a complaint letter to Kilpauk Post office after 15 days which was on 4th April. No reply from the post office or we havent received the acknowlegement card yet. It is now 1 month and 4 days. Because of this our car re-registration is delayed. This is the second time now that we are fed up with the postal service.
