Telephone Not Working since June

Dear Sir/Ma'am

My name is Mohd Akhlaq My telephone Number is 0591 2497417 in Moradabad Area is Peerghaib Exchange is Lajpat Nagar. My Telephone is not working since 17 of june. I launched a complain on 17th june Complain Number was 50151. it worked for an hout after that it went dead. On the 19th Of june again a launched a complain, no 50251. But of no use. I visited SDO Lajpat nagar several times Bu Could only hear that there is an under ground fault and they dont have an extra pair. I went to GM Moradabad Mr R V Verma launched a complain there personally on the 19th itself. But no satisfactory results. than again on the 23rd of june i met GM once again he told me that it will be done in 2 working days... still waiting for that. He told me that he will componsate with the bill (I dont Want it Anyways) I have got 2 services on my landline one is Telephone second is Broadband. None Is working than also i am getting rentals.

I Visited GM moradabad for atleast 50 or 60 odd times but telefhone is still not working. So if there is an underground fault can we get another line as it happened in the case of my Neighbour Mr Maqsood Hussain For whome a new cable was arranged from the Farthest DP .

Than i was given a number 9412010004 and was told not to visit the office of GM again and again only to call him on this number.

Today also before writing this E Mail i contacted him but no results

So Can you people do Something or i will go to the Consumer Forum As i Dont want to Disconnect the Number as most of the people are aware of this number only
