Egarding the monthly post paid mobile bills

First and formost the problem faced is the lack of delivery of the mobile bills. One has to go nad collect the bills. since our residence is in a very remote place, going and fetching the bills is not possible on our part. Apart from that if we take out duplicate bills from internet same bills are repeated not to forget mentioning that the paid bills are added in the current bills as outstanding amount. As a result many a times we end up paying the same bill over and over again.

hpe you look into the matter. I am a resident of Rajiv Gandhi University, Itanagar Arunachal Pradesh. I am told that the responsibility of distribution of the bills is given to a local private company. If they are unable to get the job done why don't BSNL look into the matter seriously. hoping for some fast response.
