No response on customer complains

My family has been using a BSNL landline telephone (Number - 03325214697) which is out of service for more than a month now. I have lodged complaints for the same for several times via phone and emails but unforfortunately have recieved not a single response from any member of the company. Although we are not being able to use this phone number, bills for the same is coming month on month. I have also expressed my willingness to surrender this connection number incase resolving the issue is not possible, still there has been no response from this company.
