Disruption of Telephone service

Sir,

With due respect, I the undersigned state herein that my "Landline telephone" got dead/out of order for nearly one month as well as my broadband internet connection. I have already registered docket (No. N-6723) regarding the above issue.

My telephone details are given below:

As my telephone is very essential to communicate with my distant relative and as my broadband connection is an integral portion of my telephone network and I do regular economic and banking transaction over this, has got totally shattered.

I have asked regularly regarding my “telephone connection restoration” from out of order status at the No. 2585-8005 but they do not respond to my request but bypassed saying that they are helpless. Even they don’t show any interest to attend the problem. Now, I am in great trouble. And if these continue then I have nothing but to surrender my telephone connection as paying telephone bill without its utilization means useless for me.

So, therefore, I request you to kindly consider my earnest request of my telephone connection restoration from out of order status and do take necessary action regarding the above issue at your earliest convenience and I will be obliged.
