I purchased the BSNL recharge boucher (si no:54040008300488) ON 29.02.08. from shri ram communication cyber cafe shop no.11 f block market alpha-ii, Greater Noida -UP. Since then I'm not getting the recharge value on my mobile and on rechaging properly the screan of mobile shows "the boucher is invalid" I contacted the costomer centre, B.S.N.L. office at dadri, and the shop owner a lot of time. they are blaming to one another instead of solving my problem. now what should I do...
