I am a new prepaid (life time) cellular service user of bharat sanchar nigam limited (Goa) and I had about Rs. 900 talk time to my credit. There was a delay on my part to recharge for extending validity.

I am surprised to discover my talk time vanish upon admitting recharge voucher.

I require to get back my unutilised talk time at the earliest failing which the concerned authorities may kindly book a complaint ABOUT THE UNETHICAL AND CORRUPT PRACTICES INDULGED BY BSNL.
