POOR SERVICES

Myself is Bhupinder Singh. I am from ludhiana. I brought a BSNL mobile conection on dated 01/10/08.When i need the help of customer care executive regarding my complain they are not attend my call when they attend the call they always put it on hold or otherwise cut the call.when i visit BSNL exchange regarding that particuler issue they are not giving any response. Even the G.M of that branch MR. AGGARWAL behave very rudely and in such a abusing manner. They even said that his job is secure and challange me for any action.

Please look at this matter and take any suitable action...
