Not to unsubscribe the services of 55678

Sir,
bsnl is charging Rs. 30/- every month for a service from 55678 where as i am not using that service. I have sent message to unsubscribe the service four-five times but every time Rs. 2/- is being charged and after two or three seconds i receives message "Temporary problem pls. retry after some time".
