Some few days ago, I went to Bharat Scan in Tambaram for Pregnancy scan for my wife. The first impression was well maintained reception hall and a big plasma TV. First thing is you have to pay the money.

FYI: For pregnancy scan the urine bladder should be full, so that the images can be clear.

I asked them how long will it take since it is not possible to control the urine for longer time. The receptionist (a completely illiterate lady, doesnt even know to spell the patients name and makes mistakes in all possible ways) said it may take a maximum of 20-30 mins as there was a patient inside. We waited for more than one hour. It really difficult (for a preg lady, with urine bladder full) to sit in one place for 1hr . it went on... Suddenly a short black lady rushed in. We (all the patients sitting there) thought she might be some lab assistant. To our surprise there was no one inside the scan room and the receptionist was a liar. The short lady who rushed was the doctor. We still had to wait cause there was one patient in the wait list before us. There was one old couple waiting there asked "Was there any patients inside, before? " He got good reply "do we have to tell everything...? go and ask the owner.."

after a long waiting streak of 3 hrs finally we went inside. funny atmosphere there... all lights were off.. and only one candle like lamp was present. I havent seen this any where. We said to her that we were waiting for a long time and it is hard to sit with urine bladder full. She said thats not required... Oh Then why that stupid receptionist asked us to drink lot of water... It took some 10 mins and scan was over. Then again we were waiting for report. I think we were only the second patient that day... It took almost some 1hr for getting the report. " No one works sincerely, all are like who the hell cares about the patients or the sacn center itself."

There were only few patients may be 2 or three. But it took almost 4 hrs to get out of that place.

We went to doctor with this report, she said pls take another scan... We asked why..Doctor said "Some idiot has done the scanning work and it is not proper, It is better to take another scan"

Please avoid Bharat Scan (especially in Tambaram). Poor service, All 3rd rated criminals kind of people work there. There is no hospitality nothing... Bullshit...
