Payment taken more regd.claim tyre

Dear sir,

I had purchased a tata 207 vechicle from kanpur sales office. after six months one of my tyre 70016 came under claim.i had given my tyre to your gowdn on 14.10.10 (approx) with docket claim no.21657.

on 29.10.10 i had phoned to the dealer he told me that your tyre has been claimed.i went him and taken the tyre he charged me rs.3765 regarding the claim.i asked him to show me the invoice of co he told me that no invoice is issued.

i want to ask that

1.what amt your dealer has taken is that satisfactory according to you?

2.is there any invoice issued from you that what amt should be taken from customer?

3.if once i had paid vat and sat on purchase of new vechicle why should i pay under the claim?

4.is the commision on tyre claim is the liablity of customer to be paid?

5.why there is no transpiracy in your claim system.

i request to look after the matter and do the needful.
