Fraud advertisement and collecting the registration money for the post of district development manage

Dear sir/madam,

The one of new fraud company bharat vikas pariyojana, gave advertisement on "The Assam Tribune" dated 6th Feb that they are recruiting district development manager for every district of assam, for that reason they demand money as a registration fees and 4 copies p.p size photograph, self address stamped envelope, and bio-data, and i sent all of their requirement through speed post, but 1 month past they did'nt respond anything but whenever i called at their number they just harrased me and told me that after one month they will take interview in assam, but now a days their phone number becomes unusable, their office address is :- bharat vikas pariyojana, near allahabad bank, tentul beria, po- garia, kolkata -700084, i want justice for my mental and financial harrasment, plz if any body find any clue about this fraud company then please email me at &sdvacancy3@gmail.com, my name is mr. saumya dhar from assam, karimganj
