ATM dispute

Dear Sir,

I am to introduce my self as Sbi customer having savings bank account in

Chikmagalur branch Karnataka.

Requesting for refund's for the debit of Rs2000 on 11-4 as i went to

union bank atm station id DBAN04501111111 time 16-34 record no 4817 for cash

withdrawl of Rs 2000 as transaction was declined but account was

debited, please refund / re credit immediately.

Already this matter has been brought to the notice of the manager SBI

chikmagalur branch in writing on 13th apr for further inquiry and with

application charge slip is also attached.

Previous ticket no 373491and 374712 through netbanking is still pending

since 11th Apr as ticket is not handled answered.
