Less amount during Top up (Recharge) in prepaid connection

Dear Sir,

I have a prepaid connection of Air tail. My Mo. No. is 9898580589.It is valid till Feb. I had recharged my Mo.by Rs.336.Tranjection id 838425373 on 25.07.09 at 08.49 pm. It was a top up and I was supposed to get approx Rs. 300. in my account but I received only Rs.154.62.

Lot of conversation had been made between me and service provider but no body could explain me why I had got this amount. I requested them to cancel this tranjection immediately but they deny me. After that I made a call to Customer care officer and supervisor, they told me they can't help me and repeating sorry sir .sorry sir... at last but they lodged my complaint and give me the request reference no. 0725767953 and also told me to talk with area manager Ms. Namisha on 9724534865. I spoke my problem to them and she told me that she must do some thing for me but till today I did not get any response from Air tail side. I had tried a lot to contact them but no body picked up my phone.

I request you to help me out and send a message to them stop cheating customers.
