Dear Sir,

I am using postpaid 249 plan. But I am not getting my bill statement on time every month. After making so many complains, I am getting my duplicate bill after 20-25days latter. Because of that I am unable to use your service properly. I have the complain details also with me which is 20083632, 19878283, 19347678.Please check these and find out, where is the fault in your system.
